Can you service Samsung mini-splits in Vermont?

Why does my Samsung filter clog faster than premium brands?
Samsung filter media is finer than the budget brands but the airflow path concentrates particulates on a smaller filter area than Mitsubishi or Fujitsu. Rinsing every 6-8 weeks during heavy use is normal, not a defect.
Are Samsung drain pan sensors reliable?
Samsung drain pan sensors fail more often than the premium brands at the 5+ year mark. Cleaning will not fix a failed sensor, but we will identify it during the visit and quote replacement.
