Frequently asked questions
Why don't you charge by the hour?
Flat rates are fairer to the customer. Hourly billing rewards slow work; flat pricing rewards efficiency. Most cleanings run 60 to 90 minutes per indoor head, and we publish that estimate up front.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No, not within our standard service area. If you are in a town that is not on our service map and we agree to come out, travel is quoted separately and approved before booking.
What if my system needs more than cleaning?
If we find something that needs repair work, we will tell you on-site and refer you to a heat pump repair contractor. We do not do repairs ourselves; we focus on cleaning and maintenance.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We process payment securely through Stripe.
What is included in the twice-yearly maintenance plan?
Two visits per year, every six months: a full deep cleaning in spring and a filter and drain check in fall. Priority scheduling is included.
