Frequently asked questions

Why don't you charge by the hour?

Flat rates are fairer to the customer. Hourly billing rewards slow work; flat pricing rewards efficiency. Most of our jobs run 60-90 minutes per indoor head, and we publish that estimate up front.

Do you charge a travel fee?

No, not within our standard service area. If you are in a town that is not on our service map and we agree to come out, travel is quoted separately and approved before booking.

What if my system needs more than cleaning?

We will tell you on-site, before doing any work beyond what you booked. We do not pad invoices. If a repair is needed, we will quote it separately and you decide whether to proceed during the visit or later.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We process payment securely through Stripe.

Do you offer financing for larger jobs?

Not yet. For cleaning and most repair work, the dollar amounts are typically under $1,000 and financing has not been worth the friction. If you have a larger project, ask us during the visit.
