Annual Maintenance Plans
$279 for single-unit homes, $479 for two to four indoor units. Annual cleaning, mid-year filter check, 10 percent off any repair, and priority scheduling. Most members pay back the plan on the cleaning visit alone.
What the plan covers

How is the plan billed?
Once per year on the anniversary of signup. You can cancel any time before the next renewal.
What if I move?
The plan transfers to your new Vermont address at no extra charge, as long as it is within our service area.
Is the plan worth it for a single-unit home?
If you would otherwise pay for an annual cleaning ($199), the plan adds the filter check and 10 percent repair discount for $80 more per year. If you have any history of repairs, it pays back fast.
Can I add the dryer vent service to my plan?
Yes. Dryer vent cleaning is $99 as an add-on during your annual visit (vs $149 standalone).
